Project: Creating an Event Portal to Introduce and Distribute His Album, Holy Procession

Project Synopsis:

In this project, an event site for Pastor Benjamin Bakam’s album launch and release was designed, developed, and deployed. For participants to register, buy tickets, get event details, and take part in live streaming, the portal acted as a central point. To guarantee a flawless implementation, the project also included on-site support throughout the live event.

Project-Related Activities:

1. Creation and Design:

Event Portal Design: A visually beautiful and easy-to-use website was created especially for the event.
included ticketing options, registration forms, event information sites, and intuitive navigation menus.
The website has been optimized for mobile responsiveness to guarantee accessible on all devices.
created a safe payment gateway integration for easy ticket purchases.
Integration of Live Streaming: Features to allow live streaming of the event straight to the website were developed into the event portal.

2. User Interaction and Administration:

RSVP System: Included an online RSVP system that enables guests to sign up and express interest in the event.
Ticketing System: A safe online ticketing system was created so that guests could buy tickets.
Information Management: All event information, speaker biographies, schedules, venue details, and frequently asked questions have their own section on the portal.
Email Communication: Provide updates and event reminders via an automated email system to registered attendees.
3. Support for Live Events:

On-Site Technical help: To handle any website or live stream issues, on-site technical help was made available during the live event.
Social Media Integration: For a larger audience, more efficient live streaming to the client’s Facebook page.
Monitoring and Optimization: We kept an eye on the performance of the live stream and event portal and made the required modifications to improve user experience.
Project Results:

The event site was successful in giving participants an easy way to sign up, purchase tickets, and get information about the event.
By enabling real-time event participation from the website and Facebook page, live streaming features expanded the audience reach.
